Uploading 更多 than just 20 图片

Have 你 noticed that now we are able to 上传 更多 than just 20 图片 (FINALLY!), BUT only in SOME spots (e.g. Gossip Girl, Glee, 90210) and not in the spots like The Vampire Diaries TV Show, The OC etc? Could I ask 你 what does it depend on?

Its not that people in general can 或者 canot 上传 更多 than 20 at a time at certain spots.... instead it matters what medal 你 have in that spot .... for example if 你 have a green medal in that spot then 你 can only 上传 20 at a time and if 你 have a yellow 或者 red medal then 你 can usually 上传 unlimited at a time. (your browser may also set limits, however)
