Maybe it was removed briefly, but it is still there now. It's way below the fold, however, as the fifth thing in the right-hand column: below the ad, below the updates, below the pop quiz, and below the 论坛 更新 is the section called "Popular Content." It's pretty hidden, but still there, as of 6 May 2011. I put in the 日期 because these things can come and go from 日 to day.
