Having problems with adding 图片 to fanpop! Does anybody have the same problems as me?

I have been constantly trying to add a 壁纸 under the 壁纸 category for a 粉丝 club spot but, every time I click add 壁纸 it adds the 壁纸 to 照片 instead and I 100% made sure it was clicked on add 壁纸 and it still adds the 壁纸 to 照片 instead! I am so frustrated! Can any one else let me know if they are having the same problem?
