is it possible to send a message to all my 粉丝 at once?

wondering if there's a way to inform my 粉丝 all at once instead of individually?

thanks, but where do I find this buddies thing? if it was in the chat thing I disabled it don't remember how I did that it

Well, the chat is gone, now. 潮流粉丝俱乐部 got rid of that. But the buddies tap is in your 收件箱 under 'compose new message' :)
