How do I take over an inactive fanclub?

你 can't "take over" a club. 俱乐部 aren't owned 由 the person who started them - they're owned 由 every member. However, 你 can still get the 图标 and banner changed. The method is different depending on whether the club has 10 或者 更多 members.

The first thing you'd need to do is start a 论坛 thread in the club asking people to suggest new 图标 and banners. Leave that running for about a 月 或者 two. Then,if the club has less than 10 members, 你 make 2 民意调查 asking members to vote on their favourite 图标 and banners, then message one of the F4 asking them to change the club's appearance to the winners. If the club has 更多 members, 你 need to use the buttons on the 最佳, 返回页首 right of the club's main page which say "suggest a new banner/icon". These make 民意调查 which cost members 5 golds to vote (to discourage uninterested people from spam-voting) and the 图标 and banner get automatically changed to whichever win these polls.
