Honestly I have no clue how it works; I've been under the impression that it's random. I have 文章 with like 7 粉丝 that aren't on the 列表 but ones with none are?
金牌 must also be earned 由 people commenting on and reacting to content, 或者 even just 由 viewing it. I would expect content which'd been fanned to be in the highest 金牌 earners though - I agree with 你 there.
I have no clue, but I think that's possibly happen if it made the front page (if anything that we add doesn't have any 粉丝 或者 faves) It happens to me when I add a video of Pitch Perfect trailer and that video made the front page and suddenly it appear as all time 金牌 produce.
