Why are some Spots bumped up to the beginning of the 马赛克 墙 when 视频 are added but other Spots aren't?
I've noticed that (for example) when 你 add 视频 to the House Spot, it gets bumped up but when 视频 are added to the Huddy Spot it stays in its place. Just a thought. :)
I've always had a theory that generally the most active spots with 视频 that are 发布 every 2 秒 are the ones that don't go right to the 最佳, 返回页首 first. If a spot hasn't been updated in quite some time with a video, then it will bump it up.
