If 你 want the banner 或者 图标 of a spot changed and 你 are not the maker of that spot ... what is the proper way to request it be changed..?

I know 你 can ask the maker of the spot to change it but what if 你 dont know who the maker is?
And I know 你 can contact one of the F4 .. but is that what they really want 你 to do..and if so, then do 你 have to do a pick first?

Any info on this would be helpfull, thanks!

yeah just make a pick suggesting banner and spot 图标 and allowing people to add their own have it up for about a week 或者 so and then send a message to the F4 with the link to the banner and icon, i dont know if there is another way to do it, but thats have ive done it before, unless there has been no action on the spot and the 图标 and banner are very dated then just send a request to the F4 with a bunch of 链接 so they can choose weather they want it changed 或者 not!
