Personal clubs?

here many 潮流粉丝俱乐部 user are having their own personal clubs.is it valid?

cause 潮流粉丝俱乐部 says "Self-promotional 俱乐部 and 俱乐部 created for spam may also be removed"


and below it there it there is " 潮流粉丝俱乐部 users" option in " primary channel" ??


if it is not valid what about all those personal 俱乐部 made 由 users?

And what's the point of being 粉丝 of yourself in a web site if 你 are not known, I mean, 你 must be well known on this site in order to having sense making one.

On the other hand the content of these 俱乐部 is usually repeated because these are actually filled with artist content, not personal material.

But that's only my personal opinion :)
