submitting 'screencaps' not possible anymore ??

Few days 以前 I wanted to add some screencaps in one of the spots, but there was no longer 'add screencap' button. I thought its only the problem in that one spot but I went to few others and problem was the same. Why we cant add screencaps anymore ????

I don't know what these new features are, but it might be the fact that they keep changing the layout of the site, and meebo and what not ... which I do not like -____- Anyway I hope that 答案 your question.
