Two ways of answering this: who first came up with a 粉丝 site, and who first came up with what became Fanpop?

Dave first came up with the idea of the site that became Fanpop. He hired all the others, after all.

As for who first came up with the idea for a 粉丝 site, that's much harder to answer, as most, if not all, of them had 粉丝 sites before they started working together. Dave had his 摄影 club he talks about in the 潮流粉丝俱乐部 blog, and Michael is world famous (in software engineering circles, anyway) for his Cooking for Engineers web site. Which came first? Who knows?

That was nice but thay should of did some 更多 stuff to this hole little site up an did a little im thing an put 更多 than gest put all the people tgat use 潮流粉丝俱乐部 on one page sowe 你 can get some new 老友记 with out trying to looking for people an all 你 got to do is look throw the 列表 with out giveing your self mad with looking throw all that .but dave ,papa ,cliff and michael are stell nice for making it
