If someone gets a medal 由 posting a heap of miscategorized content and they're reported and deleted, will their medal be docked?

I recently announced that I was going to start reporting all the unrelated content in a certain spot, so they know why stuff is disappearing, and I get a few outraged PMs from people complaining that their 奖章 will go away if I continue. Is this true?

In theory, do 你 think a person can get a medal 由 uploading a picture and taking it down 1000 times without doing anything else? If they haven't updated the system
