Is it normal for a new comer in fanfiction.net to be unable to post a story right after signing in?

After signing in, I immediately pressed the 发布 button on the left side but it 说 that I won't be able to post a story right away because of 2 reasons: I was a new comer and some other reason... Is this normal? When can I start posting my 粉丝 fics.?

Have 你 accepted the guidelines? 你 have to do this every once in a while to keep posting. Just sign in, go to the 发布 tab, and then click rules and guidelines. Click the link on the bottom of the page and 你 should be set!

Yep. It's to prevent spam. At least, that's what it says. 你 have to wait like 48 hours. (Which sucks. >.<)
