It depends if your at the time when the nukes are detonating because 你 will die,but if 你 survive that,the radiation levels would be lethal if 你 walk outside.I don't think super mutants will come out,but ghouls could come out and some sort of government army like the enclave.Also I would collect a bunch of armor and weapons to survive if raiders tried to kill me
Ahh but it wouldn't be like fallout. It wouldn't be a baren desert landscape. We would be put into a nuclear winter. Like the 下一个 ice age. With temperatures below freezing worldwide.
