Whats the Definition of 情绪硬核 and Scene?

from what i feel and what i know,
情绪硬核 is for emotional people that deals with their problems a different way, like through hurting themselves but.
someone that is sensitive, and doesn't particularly like to be always happy, but know that not every 情绪硬核 kid cuts themselves and is ALWAYS depressed some emo's are happy sometimes.
but saying your 情绪硬核 and just being like "Oh yeah im emo, then your really not."
