I dont like any of them but out of the two it will have to be with Reid. I see Emily with someone else.

I don't see anyone in the team hooking up together - it's not a good idea in that line of work to hook up with people that have each other's lives in their hands when chasing bad guys (it's common knowledge, cops aren't supposed to do it.) Plus this show is all about solving the case, there really isn't time for romance in this type of storyline...it's chase chase chase the bad guy!!! and funny banter to break up the hideousness of the crimes for the agents (and the viewers!!! how else could we deal with this type of subject matter if it weren't for the clever writing and funny scenes!!! of course having the actors be good-looking gives everyone some eye-candy to choose from :))

The agents should have relationships outside of the team. :)
But as far as making a pick here i think derek/emily have the most in common - they are both totally gorgeous and hot, around the same age, both physically fit, seem to have similar temperament, and both care about the job/the victims a lot. if they weren't in this line of work i could see them gettin' together ;)

I agree that CM is not a show about relationships, nor should it be. I do enjoy the interactions with Emily and Derek though.

I'm with Hotch/Emily. Plus if there were to be a relationship on the show, they would be professional. It's not like they would flirt over a dead body at a crime scene. Do you think anyone on the team would do that? Plus if the team dynamic were to change, it wouldn't change for that long since it's Paget's last year.

And for the pick: ewwww. I think that the relationship between Reid and Emily is older sister/young brother type. And Morgan's relationship with her is older brother/younger sister that happen to flirt a little. But that's just my opinion

Any relationship on the show between team members would have an immediate impact on the dynamics. And as far as the job having relationships especially in this kind of work could have serious impacts when chasing a dangerous suspect for instance, the couple would have different priorities and may be more interested in protecting their new romantic-partner more than other team members so the shifts in dynamic could have serious and even deadly repercussions...
And ya I think they would flirt over a dead body I mean who wouldn't.

If not Emily/Rossi, Emily/Morgan. Though he belongs to garcia! Oooh so confusing!
