Well, if I can find someone who will try and make some I could make a pick about that too (:

lol k, how about make a forum and like tell people too make banners and give them a week? so than we can have a variety to choose from? and than make a pick saying "new banner time, will u make some?" or something like that than they upload the banners into the forum so u can do the pick properly wen it comes lol

I like this one,but I think that we first should change the banner and then chose the icon so that it can fit the banner but thats just mine opinion :)
