狗 tend to be very loving not only because they can sense human emotions but because their ancestors who are 狼 are known as the best animal parents in the world. The genes pass on to dogs. 狼 never leave their pups alone so 狗 always stay with their humans which they believe are their "pack"or as we say our family.

I think that 狗 are so loving, because it comes natural to them. Though not so much to humans, their ancestor, the wolf, is loving. 狼 爱情 each other in a pack, and they were bred down to become 98 percent of the 狗 we have today. One boy 说 in his eulogy to his dog, "Dogs don't live as long as people, because unlike people, 狗 don't have to learn how to love. They already know."
