Talk to your parents. I'm assuming they already know your grandmother is allergic to 狗 and that 你 have two of them. They probably worked out some kind of solution with her.
Get your granmother to stay so where else - joke. See if one of your 老友记 或者 other family member could have the dogs. Not far 你 have to chosse between the two.
Try to convince 你 parents to let your 狗 stay in some other room in your house, build them a dog house in the yard, ask your 老友记 to keep one 或者 both of them at their place....... I got nothing (if your 狗 are hypoallergenic 狗 then your granmom has no need to worry)
