He's definitely an Amy/Rory shipper.

I think that Matt has feeling for Keren and that transfers to the screen. The doctor however seems more like a big brother.

I personally think that he still sees her as the seven year old girl he first met and their relationship is more like brother/sister or even father/daughter. It's cute.

I don't think so seeing as how he was always in favor of Rory and Amy. When she kissed him, he pushed her away because of Rory and when the memory of his existence was in danger, the Doctor repeatedly tried to ask Amy to NOT forget Rory.
So, I don't think so. Sure, he's super caring and all but that's the Doctor. He's like that with all his companions. :)

Personally I think maybe there are feelings there, but he's not in love with her and he obviously likes Rory.

I think that the Tenth Doctor was in love with Rose and he went to see her before he regenerated and I think he is like Jack now and cant cope with losing anyone else so is trying to stay away from getting into a relationship with anyone i agree that Amy is like a sister or daughter to the Doctor because he met her when she was a child
