When I saw the concept art I was like "Meh" but the logo got me so much more excited about this movie.

Obviously. Concept art usually tells more about the plot.

Logo makes it official, so many movies had concept art but the movies were scraped.

Logo means "THIS IS GONNA HAPPEN" and I'm like AW YEA

The concept art is the only official image we got so far.

The logo is fake, if you don´t believe that keep these things in mind -

That "official" logo looks way to fanmade to take serious.
Those two lines are clearly just brushes from Photoshop and that font looks awfully familiar.
And even if it is official, it will be changed several times before the movie is released (another reason for not take it seriously, it´s 5 years until the movie comes out..no company would put out a logo this early)

So yes, fanmade aka. fake. It came from Disney wikia, so what do you expect ;)
