Coachman: He tricked hundreds of little boys to come to his island, changed them all into donkeys, and sold them all off into slavery forever

Shan Yu: He burned down villages and murdered innocent people

Frollo: Is racist, discriminates against the Romani even killing a woman and almost killing her baby, manipulated Quasimodo,, and then gave Esmeralda a choice; either be with him or burn. He's a type of villain who could exist in real life.

Gaston: He's like a high school villain but that's what makes him scary. He's someone who can exist in real life, almost every woman has known at least one Gaston

Ursula: There's the creatures she eats alive, she cheated, or kills for her potions and she makes impossible deals with mermaids. Not even just with Ariel, there was a deleted scene where Ursula made a deal with a mermaid in exchange for a flower that wasn't even in bloom at the time

Mother Gothel: She stole a baby so she could stay young and beautiful forever. Like Gaston and Frollo, Gothel is a villain who can exist in real life. She is manipulative and abusive towards her "daughter" and there are people, including me, who have said they have had a parent/relative/friend/etc who was almost exactly like Mother Gothel

Turbo: Was so obsessed with winning he ruined someone else's game along with his own game. He then took over Vanellope's game, turned her into a glitch, erased everyone's memories, and took over Vanellope's kingdom. Because of him Vanellope had to go through years of being an outcast and being bullied by the other racers and she couldn't even leave the game for a better life because she was physically incapable of doing it (because of him)

Jafar: He hypnotised the Sultan repeatedly and he was going to force a 16 year old to marry him

Cruella De Vil: She was going to kill a bunch of puppies

Man: He killed Bambi's mom. It's not just the fact he killed the main character's mother, he apparantly didn't have a problem killing a mother doe with her fawn and then in the sequel he had no problem trying to kill Bambi when he was still a fawn

I think he is the scariest villain. He looks scary and intimidating and he killed many innocent people. :'(

Despite that he's scary, he's my favourite villain of ALL time. Even better than the Coachman!!!!!

Aside from the coachman, these other villains got nothing on Frollo.
