They're gonna have a hard time remaking it in live action. Animation worked wonders for it.

Just facepalming at the thought of yet another live action remake, more than anything. I can appreciate that the company is working hard to increase the quality of its live action material (and I have genuinely enjoyed a couple of their live action remakes too), but they've gone so overboard with this stuff that they've completely drifted away on the art form that made them (rightfully) famous in the first place, plus they're not even writing new content! At their most creative these days, they are making minor plot tweaks or throwing in a new song or two.

Sorry to sound so pessimistic, I just feel like their current focus is a great big slap in the face towards the animation industry. Thank goodness for independent animators, eh? XD

I generally just don't like any of the live action remakes.
