I thought for a while and decided on this, I think the evil queen, the 皇后乐队 Grimhilde, is actually mother Gothel. Now I will tell about their similarities:
1- Eyes. They both have green eyes.
2- Black hair. They both have thick, black hair.
3- Both of them try to stay young and beautiful.
4- Both turn into old hag.
