I think it is the coloring that makes her less like she did the original movie...but it is not a bad change at all! (lips, eyebrows, skin color, eyebrows, etc.)

I've seen clips of TLM3 in YouTube videos (I haven't seen it yet) and she looks... off. I know she's supposed to be younger, but that's not it. She just doesn't look as much like Ariel as she could.
