I regret voting out Ariel now because I do look up to her for not letting her fear hold her back, but I doubt my vote would have made a difference in the outcome. Merida is disrespectful to her mother, doesn't think things through, and just does not seem to be a great role model to me.

Instead of cooperating or solving things calmly, she went through extremes and wanted to change her mother permanently and even though she doesn't know any better, we still have to make decisions here fairly.

I think everyone summed it up for Merida.

The only thing that comes to my mind in terns of role modelling when I think of Aurora is dreamy nature and kindness. Not enough role modelling material here.

Or Aurora. Merida quite depends, to children I think she is horrible role model, to teenagers she's not bad as she did learn to appreciate her mother but she wouldn't be the best possible option, to adults I think she's nothing but annoying teenager.

I am an adult and I think Merida is a wonderful role Model....now Jasmine on the other hand....She is a spoiled rich girl who ran away with no real consequences except that she got a boy killed (and she got over that one pretty quickly) and she talks a big talk but has no follow up.....Also she is a good example of if you throw a fit and act horrible daddy will give in to you...She was very reckless but yet no harm came to her (with is not the case if she had done those things in the real world)

Sure Merida was spoiled and headstrong (she was a normal teenage girl) and she was told like a few days before that she had to choose between 3 strangers and get married....but the thing is you could still tell she loved and respected her family and she accepted and delt with the consequences of her actions....She made it right and Bonded with her Mother...

Ariel was eliminated alreay, people voted her as the WORSTE role moed. Same with Mulan, sh e has been voted the best role model.

She does nothing for herself. She has to be told what to do, when, where, etc. And she gets way too comfy with Phillip way too fast (Cuddling up with a stranger within minutes is not a good thing). None of the other couples were cuddling up with each other like that in their first encounter. She's not productive, and she to me is even more naive than Snow White
