I can't imagine her not realising right away that Ursula must be up to something bad, working with someone her family considered bad or trading her voice for a romantic interest.
It's hard for me to picture how it would go, as her father seems more reasonable than Triton, so I think he might be quicker to put aside his issues for his daughter's sake which would avoid the whole problem, and I can't see Mulan falling for someone if all she knew about him was he's hot and plays a flute well.
I don't think she'd just let it go if she was really in love and believed she was in the right, while she does have a great sense of honour and respect for her parents I don't see her as mindlessly obedient (even though she attempts it at her movie's start, it's just not who she is), I just think she'd deal with it in a more respectful, intelligent way.
