	Straggy picked 9: Belle is a character I have never ever liked at all in the slightest. When I was little and I first saw Beauty and The Beast, I was like "Are you fucking serious?". I was big on my fairytales (understatement of the year tbh) and BatB was probably one of my favourites. I loved Beauty, the gorgeous blonde girl that painted pictures, read by the fire and was always kind and sweet. But what I loved most about her, besides her image, was the fact that she turned her back on the Beast. She made a mistake and it lead to his death. He did come back to life, but still. It lead to his death. If Belle ever makes a mistake, it always turns out alright and she always did it in the best interests because Belle is perfect and everbody looooooves Belle. The similarities between her and shudder Bella Swan are sickening. They're both outcasts by their own doing, they both fall in love with a non-human, they're both bland in appearance but everyone loves them to bits and wants to date them because they're a freakin' Mary-Sue. /bitchyness posted 一年多以前.
