^^ I was upset it was taking him so long. I understand that he's chubby whatever, i know it was horrible of me, I was just upset he was going so slow. It really had nothing to do with his wait. I'm just referring to the part where it's Gus alone.

Lol, when first saw this scene when I was about 4 I actually did yell at the screen something along the lines of "Wha...are you honestly gonna...ARE YOU KIDDING ME SNOW?!?"

The Ariel one too. When I first saw that I didn't just go on about her not writing it down, I'd go on about how even if she didn't think to write it down why did she only try to mime who she was once for about 2 seconds then never try again? And what was up with her mime? How hard is it to mime 'I lost my voice today' or even 'say' it and have him read your lips? Instead, what Ariel tried was:

Ariel: *Random wave motion with her arms*
Eric: ...
Ariel: //well, I don't see how he didn't get 'I saved your life but lost my voice since then. Marry me' from that random wave motion. I guess he's just really bad at charades. I'll quit that and just try to win him over again I suppose//

yea. Eric isn't the brightest character but he's a genius next to Ariel. It's not that Ariel's dumb but she is a bit clueless.

princessslullaby, i appreciate your honesty. i just personally think that it was kind of cruel. i just think gus is so sweet and really him and jaq are the heroes of the movie so to insult him kind of offended me. yes, they're cartoon characters but the whole thing about disney is we grow to love the characters and feel protective of them.
