If Snow White was less pretty than the Queen, the Prince still would have gone for her and they still would've ended up together. If Jasmine was poor, Aladdin would have still seen her walking around the marketplace and thought she was pretty, and still would have talked to her, though she probably wouldn't have ignorantly given the apple to the boy. But Aladdin would have talked to her by other means. If Cinderella was a stepsister, she would have gone to the ball and wooed the prince. Same endings.

As for the others:

If Mulan was a boy with her same personality, she would have joined the army and done the same things, except for crushing on Shang. So it basically would have ended the same, only with her and Shang becoming good friends.

If Tiana was in Charlotte's place, Tiana would have gotten her restaurant and therefore wouldn't have made the deal with Naveen.

If Ariel was human, who knows if she would have met Eric or not. Then again, Ursula would have no one to make the deal on.

If Pocahontas hadn't been the cheif's daughter, she would have probably gotten away with sneaking out to see John more, but risking her life to save his probably wouldn't have been effective, and they both would have died.

If Belle had fit in with her community, she wouldn't be seen as odd, yes, but would she still have her longing for adventure? Would she still think Gaston is a jerk? She might have married Gaston, depending on how you take "fitting in" with her community. If you take it as her personality changing or the community just being more open minded. It could have different results depending on how you take it. If her personality had stayed the same and the community been more open minded, she still probably would have left the village because of her longing for adventure.


If Aurora had been a peasent, she and Phillip wouldn't have met. However, Maleficent wouldn't have been snubbed.

^ That may be the case with Snow White, but if Snow White wasn't the fairest then it's very likely that the Queen wouldn't want her killed and would just want her to stay and act as a servant. This means that the huntsman wouldn't have told her to run away, meaning that she would never have met the Dwarfs. Its kinda called "Snow White and the SEVEN DWARFS" for a reason, so it wouldve changed the story alot if you ask me.

^I don't think so because I'm sure even if Jasmine came from a poor family, Jafar would still want to become Sultan and would need Aladdin to get the lamp from the Cave of Wonders.

I think Snow White would probably run away in the dead of the night from the Queen for personal reasons or couldn't take it anymore. That was when she met the dwarves, I know it's a story but still........
