Snow and John - Snow is very domestic, affectionate, family-oriented, somewhat controlling and while she can be brave, she definetely prefers security and stability over adventures. Adventurousness and free spirit is John's defining traits. He easily adapts to difficult circumstances and is by no means a hedonistic so he definetely doesn't prioritize cooking skills in women. John wants more risky and adventurous and less controlling woman, while Snow needs someone who can provide security and stability for her and would enjoy her motherly attitude. It's not John.

Cinderella and Flynn - like Snow, Cinderella needs stability and security. And she is also very idealistic and wants about some who has gentlemanly flair which Flynn definetely lacks. She would find Flynn too villainous and not gentlemanly enough.

Ariel and Shang - I think that Shang would have a big problem with Ariel's flaws she is most frequently blamed for. I hate Shang but he is still undeniably very responsible, patriotic and is willing to sacrifice himself for the means of his country and people. I think he would find Ariel too selfish and reckless. He wasn't totally OK with Mulan's actions who is more dutiful and mature than Ariel.

Belle and Flynn - Belle would dislike Flynn for being focused only on material wealth and having no interest for knowledge. He would remind her of "little people" from her village.

Jasmine and Beast - Jasmine is less patient than Belle and would find Beast too loud, bosy to tyrannical and spoiled( I highly relate to her here). He may somewhat remind her of visitors. Beast would find Jasmine not gentle and understanding enough.

Pocahontas and Shang - not just because "too serious". I think she would find him too conservative, stubborn and hard to influence. I think she might respect him for the devotion to his land and people but I don't think she would enjoy close interactions with him. I think they would fight even more than Shang and Mulan did in the sequel.

Mulan and Naveen - don't get me wrong, I like Naveen much more than Shang who is my least favorite prince but I think that Naveen would MUCH worse match for her than Shang. Naveen is extremely flirtatous, carefree and quite unempathetic and Mulan would have problems with it. I think Mulan would have take his flirting with other women very seriously. No, she wouldn't become angry... Everything would be much worse. She would blame herself for his womanizing attitude(" Something is wrong with me, I don't please him enough, I can't provide something for him that other women can") and start losing self-confidence. Mulan needs someone who is loyal to her and who will treat her like unique, special, admirable and the best woman in the world( and I relate to her because of it a lot).

Tiana and Philip - Tiana is the most difficult one but I guess she is not romantic enough for Philip.

I'm not sure about Rapunzel and Aurora at all.

Also Belle & Flynn and Mulan & Naveen.
