The point of the criticism about the mothers is not that it makes the princesses less but that it's rather weird that older and mature women are so easily shafted in these films.
I mean, Aurora isn't the epitome of 'shy', but that's about as close as the DPs have gotten.

The only one I disagree with is #4 because that person completely misinterpreted why feminists are angry about that. They're not mad because they think not having a mother makes a girl less of a woman, they're mad because the high number of dead mothers in stories indicates that a woman's only purpose in life is childbirth and once she's had a kid she's no longer necessary.
And I also hate when feminists attack Disney Princesses period. I mean what are feminists even rambling about now?
