Sorry I just got finished watching the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides movie and that got me thinking if The Little Mermaid mermaids were more like the ones in that movie if people would like it.

Definitely not. of course they'll say yes just like they did in my "would Ariel's fans still like her if she wasn't a mermaid" because they're too loyal. a huge part of the reason people like her is she's sooooooo cuuuuuuuute. those mermaids are scary looking and no one would care how girly and sweet they are if they looked like that!

WOOO SYERENA! Sorry, massive Pirates of the Caribbean fan. Real mermaid are so freaky (like, I know they are really real, but actual mermaid legend is really freaky). Mermaid/Siren is the same thing, and in Pirates of the Caribbean 4 (<3) they are definetly mermaids. Ariel fans are very loyal but if she was like what that freaky picture for NO! is they would not like her.
