Now I remember in Kindergarten, I literally crapped in my pants while watching the Queen transform.

I screamed at the top of my lungs and won't go to sleep that night. So I gave it to my little brother to put in the oven.

Either her or Shan Yu when he wants to "give the little girl back her doll." Even hen I was little I knew that wasn't right!

Oddly enough I think it was Rattigan's cat that scared me. Most of the DP characters made me laugh. Yeah, I was a messed up child.

Maleficent! Actually she was the only villain that scared me when I was little. I remember everytime she came on screen I would jump to the center of the bed... It was sort of a combination of fear and excitement...

I wasn't scared by any character.

I was more scared of the donkey scene from Pinocchio, I am still scared of that scene

Cruella de vil when she chased the puppies at the end of movie.

I'm not sure... I don't mean this in a smug way or anything but I didn't really get scared very easily as a kid. I do remember being scared of her though, so probably.

It was Rasputin from Anastasia (I don't care if it's not a Disney movie). He totally freaked me out!

Nope. My Grandma used to act like her to make me laugh. She would hunch over and cackle just like the old hag. It was so funny and I miss it. I was scared of the devil thing on Bald Mountain in Fantasia though.
