I dunno... well not FAILING. Maybe C+ as the usual. Well I just think that she'd be more interested in the arts, or something that doesn't require Science and Math in an obvious way. And I know that just because you're not interested in subjects, doesn't mean you don't excel. I'm just saying that with being a bit of a rebel and all...

Because she wouldn't be able to focus. But I don't think it would last too long, she's a very smart girl. I think if there was a TV show of the Disney Princesses in high school she'd be unfocused about her grades and her friends would help her focus. She'd get her grades up and TADA happy ending.

I'm not so sure. Ariel is VERY interested in the human world and would love to LEARN about it like the humans version of math and stuff. Belle is pretty smart along with a few other princesses. I'm not so sure.

If Ariel had been a human since birth, she would've probably done horribly in school. Not because she's dumb, many intelligent people don't do well in school, but because she's probably be focused on other stuff like exploring and adventure.

Yes I agree that doing bad in school is not the equivalent of being dumb, though it plays a part.

I think she'd focus too much on boys, and she'd get low grades because of that.

She's a such dreamer, I can definitely see her having problems with math and physics. She might be good at english though.

I just don't think she's very smart, but I don't really think any of them will fail school. However, I do think Aurora will be good at English as well.

Agree with KataraLover and BelleAnastasia. Ariel would focus on other things besides her lessons. Maybe playing drama, sports, and chasing boys.

She wouldn't be focused on school.

Snow White, Cinderella and Tiana are too diligent to be really bad in school. Belle love for reading and her natural curiosity would make her a good student, I guess. And Rapunzel is crazy talented in everything what she does. Which leaves Aurora, Ariel, Jasmine, Pocahontas and Mulan. I guess, Mulan would struggle with school...while she is easily the smartest of the princesses, she struggles in test situations. But I guess her natural intelligenz would win out in the end. Pocahontas is a little bit the type who would miss lessons because she was rather off somewhere else, but she also has respect for her elders and is ready to learn, so I guess she would make up for it. Aurora is an unbelivable dreamer who might have her head in the clouds for most of the lesson, but she isn't lazy, so I guess she would manage decent marks. That leaves Ariel and Jasmine. Well, Jasmine says that she is a fast learner, which might or might not be true, I guess with her it depends on if she likes the teacher or not. But Ariel...Ariel would be really good in a couple of subjects (those she is interested in), but hopelessly in all the others.

Actually, I find it weird that people say Ariel would rather chase boys than study, taking we never got to see anything to indicate that in canon: in the original movie Ariel prefers to spend time in a company of her "scaredy cat" friend exploring ships and collecting human items for further research rather than participating in celebrations or going on dates like other girls of her age (frankly, not sure how many girls of her age would actually rather explore and research than hit on boys and attend glamorous parties where they could be the stars of the entire event as Ariel could have been on the concert in her honor which she chose to neglect in favour of exploring and adding new objects to her collection). Even if we consider the series canon, she was not romantically involved with any of the boys under the sea, even the ones that were interested in her like Urchin, therefore pretty sure Eric was the first guy she ever got interested in and later married. I would say Ariel would not do exceptionally well in maths due to the lack of concentration but she will probably copy of someone whereas in all the other subjects she ends up proving her curiosity and willingess to "ask questions and get answers".

Aurora on the other hand would be too dreamy and distracted to pay attention while in class regardless of what subject it is, but she would be determined and dilgent with her homework which would partially make up for that. Pocahontas on the other hand would both skip lessons whenever there is some more entertaining activity to participate in and neglect her homework because there are so many other things to do and places to visit. She did not even come to greet her own father after he came back from war for the sake of proceeding having fun and jumping down the waterfalls, pretty sure school wouldn't exactly be one of her top priorities either.
