The sun rose again and Esmeralda was already up and dressed. She’d been thinking. She’d thought all through the poker game and 迷失 two of her cushions, then she’d thought all through the night until she fell asleep. As soon as she awoke, she thought 更多 and she’d eventually thought of a plan that required no help from Eric whatsoever. She rushed to wake up the other heroines but found Carlotta already doing the job for her. Jane was already dressed and it wasn’t long before they were all out in the hall wearing simple dresses in pastel colours and hideous bows.
“You’re worried about something,” Megara said. “I can tell.”
“Well, I have a plan,” Esmeralda smiled. “All we have to do is get them to 吻乐队（Kiss） in the lagoon.”
“But what about Flotsam and Jetsam?” Jane asked.
“Who?”
“Ursula’s cronies,” Kida explained. “They knock over the rowing 船, 小船 just as Eric and Ariel are about to kiss!”
“Then we’ll just have to stop them,” she shrugged. “The problem is how.”
“We’ll just have to make sure they 吻乐队（Kiss） sooner,” Jane gleamed. “Make sure they get closer during the 日 and 吻乐队（Kiss） before Sebastian even warms up his vocal chords.”
“But Eric doesn’t want us interfering in his life, remember?” Eilonwy sighed.
“I’m sure he’ll take us if Grimsby insists upon it,” Meg giggled.
They all nodded and practically ran downstairs into the entrance hall. Ariel and Eric were there, getting ready to leave.
“Ah,” Grimsby smiled as he saw the heroines. “I’m sure you’d like to see the town too.”
“Of course!” Alice cried.
“Then fetch another carriage men, and take these fine young ladies into town as well!” Grimsby called to the servants waiting outside.
Soon, there were two carriages stood outside instead and the heroines piled into the 秒 one. They left soon afterwards and headed into the town. They passed many houses before they reached the centre and were dropped off. Ariel and Eric ran off to explore, the heroines keeping a sticky hold on them, trailing at a distance.
“That was easier than I thought,” Meg laughed. “How long until this rowing business?”
“The film might just skip along to it,” Jane shrugged. “I’m not sure how all of this works. The other times there was a time jump, we were asleep. Every other time, something happened in another scene.”
“I can’t remember, does something happen between now and the lagoon?” Kida scratched her head, trying to think.
“Who cares?” Esme laughed. “Let’s just follow them and get ready for Sebastian to open his mouth. I’m sure some strategically-placed backing singers might make them 更多 eager.”
They followed them past some puppets and watched them on the dance floor. They were too engrossed in each other to notice the heroines and all they had to do was wait until the fateful moment they ran to the river edge, hired a rowboat and jumped in. The heroines followed in their own, Esmeralda managing to put it on Eric’s tab with a quick wink. It wasn’t long until Eric shut up and the unmistakable sound of 音乐 began to rise up from the waves.
“Eilonwy, Kida,” Meg whispered. “Just stay silent.”
The two girls frowned at her, but did as they were told. Sebastian began to sing that unforgettable song as the heroines watched anxiously through the willow 树 leaves. They even started to 加入 in as they got into the spur of the moment and it was only when Eilonwy noticed two eels slinking through the shallow water that she remembered what they were supposed to be doing. The other girls were too engaged in their 唱歌 (even Kida, who was 唱歌 very quietly) that she knew it was up to her. It had been too long since she’d seen any 粉丝 and she wanted the glory. She plucked her hands into the water and grabbed hold of the eels, delaying them 由 just the few 秒 that were needed. They wriggled flee quickly, but it was too late. Ariel and Eric’s lips touched, and a small flash of light appeared further into the distance. They watched anxiously as they heard Ariel’s voice fluttering closer. The two broke away as Eric heard it and saw the yellow glow float up and fade into Ariel.
“It’s you!” he cheered. “It was 你 all along!”
“Oh Eric, I tried to tell you!” Ariel cried, embracing him.
The heroines smiled and rowed away, along the river out to sea. They’d ruined the movie and they’d sure as hell done it in style. At least in their opinions.
“One down, eight to go!” they all laughed as they floated along the beach.
“Let’s get out of here before anyone notices,” Esme jumped up, splashing out into the water and wading onto the sand. The other heroines nodded and followed. They ran into the backstage area and out of the door to the Ariel section.
The place they saw before them was desolate. There were hardly any staff, and they wore bored expressions from their lack of work. When they walked out into the main area, there were hardly any children buzzing around and many of the attractions were boarded up. To others, it would have been a sad sight. But to the heroines, it was a dream come true.
“I don’t know about you,” Meg smiled. “But I feel like going to see his majesty.”

The heroines practically skipped through the gypsy tents, noticing a slice 更多 action around the place as they entered. Even Eilonwy was gleaming as Esmeralda lead them into the main tent. A few gypsies were gathered around, but Clopin was nowhere to be seen.
“Where is he?” she called and the gypsies jumped.
“You’re back!” one of them smiled. “He’s escaping his new flock of 粉丝 girls in the hot tub.”
“Since when did he have a hot tub?” she raised an eyebrow.
“Since 你 weren’t here to tell him not to buy one,” the gypsy shrugged. “It’s out 由 his ‘van.”
“C’mon,” Esme nodded and the girls took the back exit.
Sure enough, there was a large tub outside the caravan they had entered last time and Clopin was reclining in it, sipping a cocktail. He didn’t notice the heroines approaching until Esmeralda tapped him on the shoulder.
“Ahhh!” he cried, jumping. He turned around and breathed a sigh of relief. When he noticed the others, his eyes grew again. “What the hell are they doing here again? Can’t they see I’m not fully dressed?”
“Why do 你 think we’re here?” Meg winked and he turned red.
“Well, get them in there and chose something out then,” he waved her away. “I need 更多 relaxation. You’ve only done one film and I’m already being grappled whenever I turn a corner.”
“But we need 你 to choose something out,” Esme laughed. “You’re the big costume expert.”
“If 你 really think so highly of me,” he shrugged. “What the hell, I’m going pruny anyway.” He stood up, wearing only a pair of purple trunks. Meg wolf-whistled and he turned red again.
“Oh my,” Jane gasped. “Those trunks really do accentuate things…” She fell back in shock and the other heroines burst out laughing as they tried to help her up.
“Is she ok?” Clopin asked. “Has she fainted?” He ran down and pushed the girls out of the way.
“Non, 你 fool,” Esme tutted. “She has rather a crush on you, in case 你 hadn’t noticed. All she did was fall.” Jane opened her eyes to see Clopin standing over her and she really did faint, falling back to the floor again.
“Why is it always me?” he grumbled, heaving her up and carrying her into the caravan. He laid her down on the 床, 床上 before turning to the other girls.
“Aladdin,” Eilonwy snapped. “Step to it.”
“What?” Clopin asked, raising an eyebrow.
“That’s where we’re going,” she replied. “If everyone else is ok with that.”
“Yes, yes, fine,” Meg nodded. “Let’s go!”
“What about Jane?” Kida asked.
“I’m sure she won’t mind spending a few days with Clopin whilst she recovers from her fall,” Esme burst out laughing.
“Oh non!” he cried.
“Oh oui, monsieur!” Meg giggled. “Now, give us the outfits and we’ll skedaddle.”
“Fine,” he sighed. “I know better than to start an argument involving Esme.” He held up the five outfits. “Leave the 粉, 粉色 dresses in a neat pile 由 the-”
“Oops,” Alice clasped her hand to her mouth. “I left mine in the palace.”
“Me too!” the rest blushed.
“I don’t know why I let 你 borrow my things,” he glared. “You can go back after this whole business and return them.”
“Of course, Kingy Wingy,” Meg blew a 吻乐队（Kiss） at him as she left.
“Get away with you!” he frowned, pushing them all outside. “Make sure 你 spend plenty of time in Agrabah!”
“Make sure 你 spend plenty of time with Jane!” Kida laughed and Clopin’s face became one of horror as he turned to look at the girl on his 床, 床上 that had just woke up and was clasping her hands together with a huge grin on her face.
