Hi! I'm @arendelle, aka Ariana, and this is my get to know me article.

I'm a huge 粉丝 of Disney/Broadway, without a doubt. I'm going to see Wicked (sometime in early December, tickets aren't on sale until September), and Phantom of the Opera (January 11th). The first ever play I saw was Beauty And The Beast, and I got to meet Belle. (I was really excited when I did meet her as a child).

So I see people make a 列表 of their 最喜爱的迪士尼 Princesses, so I guess I'll make mine :)

My personality...well. I'm an introvert, which really doesn't help when it comes to school and going places ;-;. I really just prefer to sleep and stay home. Lately I've been feeling under the weather so I haven't been doing a lot. I 爱情 drawing, and I'm hoping to get a career as an animator for Disney/Studio Ghibli. I also have a 爱情 for Japanese things and horror.

I'm an introvert too and many times I find myself in awkward situations when I'm in school or generally outside, because of my shyness. I love drawing as well and I'd love to become an animator for Disney, but I don't think I have enough talent and patience to achieve something like that... :) I'm Aly by the way! My Favourites - Part 1. Snow White - The Little Mermaid

Bonjour! So basically I'm doing a 列表 in no particular order at all (except from oldest movie to youngest I suppose. What I'm trying to say is that it's not a countdown.) that shows a 列表 of my favourites from that particular movie.
Sounds simple, right? (And I also have a ranking of where that movie is on my favourites list, which is out of twelve for twelve movies.) And the captions under the pictures are my favourite quotes.

In Defense of DPs - Aurora and Ariel

Bonjour! In my last 文章 I defended both 灰姑娘 and Snow White. Now I'm going to defend Aurora and Ariel.

Aurora -

Most people either have a 爱情或者 hate relationship with Aurora. I 爱情 her, but she's not my favourite. Everyone complains that she has an underdeveloped personality and she does nothing, but most of all, people are frustrated about the fact that her eyes change colour.
In contrast, I don't believe she has an underdeveloped personality at all. Out of all the 迪士尼 Princesses, she has the least screen-time, (I think it was eighteen 分钟或者 something) and I think Disney...

My opinion on Pocahontas 2: Journey to a new world

I just finished watching Pocahontas 2 and I really wanted to write an 文章 about what I feel for this sequel. If 你 haven't seen the movie, don't read this article, it contains spoilers. Also, I'm very sorry for not putting images, but I don't have the time.

To begin with, I find that movie really good. Of course 你 can't compare it with Pocahontas 1, but how many sequels are actually better than the original movie? It's not only the animation/ plot/ characters that are much better, but also the feeling of nostalgia 你 get. When I really like one movie, I will definitely feel weird when...

Why I 爱情 (in defense of) Elsa

Elsa, is my 最喜爱的 DP currently and I thought of 展示 my opinions about her.

We first meet Elsa when she is sleeping and Anna wakes her because "the sky is awake" and they have to play.
She first hesitates and tells her to play 由 herself but when her sister asks her to build a snowman she can't resist.
This part shows Elsa's personality before being isolated. We can see that she is the elder sister and tends to act 更多 mature and calm, but she enjoys being with her sister and shows her playful side.
And we can also see that she isn't afraid of her powers and likes to use them.

Is Elsa selfish? HELL NO!!!

A 民意调查 was recently made about who was the most selfish DP, and I was shocked and annoyed at what people were saying about Elsa (and Merida... But I guess I may have to make that 文章 later) being selfish.

I know this point is already being debated on the poll, so some may find it a bit repetitive to read this, but I wanted to make a really detailed examination about Elsa and her 'selfishness'.

One argument I read was: "in the beginning part when she forbids Anna to marry him, it's just because she doesn't want to see Anna have fun with others while she is alone in her own sadness...."....

The Continuity Issues with The Little Mermaid Franchise

If most of 你 like me have grown up with The Little Mermaid and have followed the 电影院 and TV shows, I think 你 realize when it comes to the story of the rebellious redhead from under the sea, it's not completely there.

Now I didn't see The Little Mermaid in theaters, but a lot of 你 did. It after all was the highest grossing animated film at that time. And of course, 你 all loved it. So when 你 found out that 迪士尼 was making an animated series about the movie, 你 of course were very excited. I myself grew up watching the series on VHS's and one of the VHS's I owned was "In Harmony."...

Lately my obsession for Pocahontas is growing, and although I've already made a "Why I Love" 文章 for her, I just really wanted to write something else for her. The 文章 will be a scene-by-scene review, so I'll start from the beginning and talk about every scene she's in till the end, so this 文章 might get pretty lengthy. Anyways, I hope 你 enjoy :)
