A while back, somebody 发布 a pole asking if anybody thought Aurora and Odette were cousins. That got me thinking about all the 迪士尼 Family Theories I had heard over the years and I decided to write an 文章 about this. Remember, all of these are just fun theories. I don't believe any of them.
1. Eilonwy is Aurora's descendant
I don't know about you, but I have heard many theories about Aurora and Eilonwy being somehow related. Some say she's her sister; others say she's her daughter. Although this wouldn't make sense looking at canon information, it is easy to see how people think that. Both have blond hair and similar clothes.
However, my favourite theory is Sonne's in The Little Crooked Tale. He suggests that Aurora is in fact Great Grandmother. I like this one best because it could actually make sense in canon.
2. Rapunzel is Anna and Elsa's Cousin
I came across this theory while looking at fanart and I found it quite charming. The idea is that Anna and Rapunzel are cousins. The evidence? Well, their parents look similar and Rapunzel is visiting Arendelle. And of course, there are still some who swear that Anna and Rapunzel look so similar they must be related. That's 更多 substantial evidence than the Aurora/Eilonwy theory.
Still, I doubt 迪士尼 would ever actually make it the case.
3. Ariel is Hercules First Cousin Once Removed
If 你 look at mythology, this theory is actually correct. Triton is the son of Poseidon. Poseidon is the brother of Zeus. Zeus' is Hercules dad. Ergo, Ariel is Hercules' First Cousin Once Removed.
But, this theory isn't canon as 迪士尼 aren't known for being true to mythology. If they were, Hera would be a lot 更多 'jealous' than she was in the film
4. Frost Family
This was a theory that was around before 《冰雪奇缘》 came out. It is based entirely on the Anna and Elsa's similarity to Jack Frost and Rapunzel. The theory claimed that Anna and Elsa were Jack and Rapunzel's children.
While this made for cute 粉丝 art, it wasn't very accurate.
