Defending the Princesses

I don't know if I'm alone on this, but I've become quite tired of everyone bashing the earlier princesses and saying they're bad role 模特 for girls. Personally, I think parents shouldn't be relying on fictional, animated characters to be the role models... but that's a whole different issue altogether. In this 文章 I want to address the common complaints towards the princesses: waiting around for/needing a man, not being independent, etc...

Snow White:

I want to start with a reminder that Snow White is only 14-years-old. Face it, her story is no different than any other 14-year-old...

嘿 guys I'm PrincessVT and my real name is Vanessa Wesline Toussaint. That's a hatian last name so gasp! I'm hatian. Just kidding, I know hatian and fluent french both because that's my language.

I'm 13 years old and new and no good with writing. I like 写作 as a sport but I'm not too creative with it.

I didn't see 《冰雪奇缘》 but in a few years, (Disney usually do this with 迪士尼 Princesses) I'll watch it.

My Prettiest Princesses

I used to think 茉莉, 茉莉花 wasn't all that pretty. But when I watched her film I realized she's much prettier in motion than she is in still clips. Even so, though, I never found her all that attractive, even as a kid. She has a big nose and her eyes look freakishly large in a lot of scenes. When they get her right, she's pretty, but that's only in about 2 scenes. I think she looks like an alien most of the time.

Why 魔发奇缘 and 《冰雪奇缘》 are different.

A lot of people have been complaining that 《冰雪奇缘》 and 魔发奇缘 are so alike, how Anna and Rapunzel look like twins 或者 cousins and blah....well, I'm here to give reasons on why they're different.

1: Anna and Rapunzel

I know, I know, so Anna and Rapunzel "look alike." I feel like the 粉丝 say this because they were both structured the same, with a circle/oval head, the young eyes, and young face. Hey, at least they don't have the same hair color! Anna and Rapunzel were both made up 由 the same base, meaning the same body, but with different looks, that's all!

In defence of Rapunzel

Rapunzel is one of my favourite princesses. I'm tired of listening to people criticizing Rapunzel and saying that they don't like her for the same reasons, so I wanted to write an 文章 to explain why I don't agree with them.

Rapunzel is flawless

She is not perfect! She's very insecure and at the beginning she's not very brave. Also, she's indecisive. Of course, these flaws don't make her a bad character, but it's just easier to relate to her.

Rapunzel remains the same during all the film, she doesn't change.

Ok the truth is that we don't see a dramatic change in her character, like with Eugene....

Everything that was done on this 文章 was done 由 GreatLance_30; I am only typing it for him/her. Since the Princess of the 月 was such a success, we wanted to do Prince of the Month. To be completely honest, the results are not really suprising.

Charming and Prince are always the bottom two in every list; best looks, most heroic, etc, but Prince was generally liked 更多 than Charming, which is why he is dead last. I can't see many similarities between the two, but to be fair she was animated 由皮克斯 and not Disney. They both seem like strong independent women though :). And I found a picture where they have similar hair!

12. Anna: Kristen Bell
I can see similarities in face shape. Also their eyes are both curvy. I have to admit that Kristen looks 更多 like the original concept to the actual one. I Believe it was changed possibly to the complaints of 粉丝 that she looked too much like Rapunzel.

I made this same 列表 nine months ago, and thought it was about time to update it! Anyways, I find all of the princesses beautiful, so just because one of your prettiest is low, I still find her extremely beautiful. Well, let's get started!

I absolutely 爱情 her hair; the color is so warm and rich, and I also 爱情 her piercing blue eyes, but sadly I just can't put her any higher. Hi everyone! Well, I see others write their 列表 of 最喜爱的 princesses so I decide to follow suit and to write my own. It would be fun for me to write this after all, as I think... my 列表 has changed somewhat in the past month, but it is still basically the same.

9. Tiana

I like all the princesses a lot, but Tiana is my least 最喜爱的 of the bunch. Tiana has her good points in my opinion 由 her everlasting dream to open up her restaurant and her motivation to work I find inspiring. But still, she just isn't quite as fun as I would prefer in a princess... a bit too serious for my tastes....
