Does anybody know as to when the banner in the 迪士尼 Prince club will be changed?

Since Rapunzel officially princess now that makes Flynn/Eugene a prince now right? I was just curious to when that banner will be changed as it hasn't been changed yet.I'm so anxious to see Flynn up there now! It's only fair to have him up there,I'm just wondering when? Does anybody know who runs that club and ask to change banner? Please help?!
