Applehead is my cousin and he loooooovvvesssss Diana Ross and they did have a romantic friendship but never sexual to let him tell it .......I don't know for sure but he has never lied to us about things like that

I don't think that it was ever sexual...I know that he was REALLY in love with her, but considering that she's alot older then him,I think that they kept it as just really great friends :)

I've been studying him for years and they absolutely DID have a LONG TERM relationship! THey were lovers since he was 19 yrs old. Their first date was in 75, when he was 17, they went to the Mahogany Premiere for her movie, but he had been in love with her (accdg to his MOM since he was 12 yrs old!) But he fell for her so hard, that his mom ripped him from her home (di mentored him for Motown) and tried to make him forget her. He told his mom he would 'get big' and marry her and no one could stop him, and he spent nearl 20+ yrs trying to make that dream come true! in fact when he sings about his dream, or all his dreams being broken that's what he's talking about!!! HER she was his dream!!!
