I’ve been thinking lately that I am lucky to have a great support group around me. As I go through struggles, I rely on my 老友记 and family to help me stay strong. I believe that surrounding myself with positive people who care about me is the key to staying healthy and happy. I am so blessed to have a wonderful family and amazing 老友记 that help me through the difficult times and laugh with me in the good times. Demi Lovato has publicly thanked her good 老友记 Selena Gomez and Kim Kardashian for their unwavering support during hard times in the last year.

The 19-year-old battled a number of personal problems, including an eating disorder, depression and self-harming, but she has since bounced back and recently declared she is happier and healthier than ever. But Lovato insists she wouldn't have made such a quick recovery if it hadn't been for her two closest pals.
