I was having a discussion with my dad about Light/Kira, and recently after, this thought came up...
As another attempt to cover himself up, he made up a theory that someone else was controlling him, making him be Kira without him knowing it. And so, he was put in confinement. However, shortly after losing his memories of being Kira, he came out of confinement. Do 你 also see a metaphor behind that? I wonder why that didn't 交叉, 十字架 my mind, earlier...
During the discussion, my dad pointed out that 'Kira' was an identity that the people came up with for him, and that he basically just decided "oh, that sounds like a good idea. I think I'll do that." And thus, he began striving towards that false identity. Even so, that monster couldn't have been unless it was within Light all along, but sadly, this would happen to many people in his situation. He was 更多 confused than good 或者 evil. He had mixed motives. Yes, he did want to create a perfect world, but it also became 更多 about winning than anything else. He became consumed 由 that Kira idenity, and 迷失 himself to it...caged.
Do 你 also connect that with that confinement scene and his proposal of someone else controlling him, and see a metaphor?
I just wanted to share this thought and see what 你 think.
