i need to make shiros collar. i looked it up and how peopples makes theres its looks to hard and cost alot. can u give me and ide how to make it the most easy way.

hmmm, well 你 could get a neck brace 或者 get a get tin foil shape it around 你 and got to a walmart 或者 craft store and put white clothes on it :)

你 could also get a white scarf 或者 a 龟, 海龟 neck 衬衫 and cut the neck part out and draw the designs on
