A lot of us have to wait till mid March 或者 longer for Midnight to come out. But I've seen tweets from people in Australia(where it was released today) who have the book about events and 语录 regarding DE.

WARNING: VERY SPOILERY

-Damon to Elena: "Will 你 remember? Just that...I loved once, just once, really, in my whole life. Can 你 remember that I loved you?"

-"There was no world for her if there was no Damon"

-Stefan apologizes for coming in between them, he didn't understand how much they loved each other.

-In the motel she held him all night because he didn't want to feel alone

-"'I want Damon back.' Elena hadn't heard quite this note in her voice since the 日 shed been told both her parents had died."

-"Her hands wrenched aside curtains that she somehow knew were there and her skyrocketing 心 brought a name to her lips. 'Da-!'"

bratski2192 I cant believe all of the DE goodness weve gotten all in one week. Im looking forward to the next book as well as the next few TVD episodes. Over on vampire-diaries.net, someone posted a quote that mentions B loves Damon, but she didnt show the extent of pain & grief that Elena did when he died/s. The thing is, if Damon did love B, dont u think a dying man wouldve at least acknowledged that he loved twice in his life instead of once? How can it be hidden when Elena helped break him from his chains & all that? Anything else is irrelevant now that Damons one true love is Elena Gilbert. I havent been this excited about a book in a long time. DE books+show FTW!!!

Hey, if anyone was wondering what that 项链 looked like in the behind the scenes picture, I saw this image and thought maybe that it's this. I could be wrong, but 你 never know. I found it in the TVD 粉丝 page. It could be Katherine's for all I know, but since we can't really make out the necklace's image that clearly, I thought that maybe this might be what Damon appears to be giving her.

If anyone has any theories 或者更多 information on this, let me know. I just came upon it today and thought, "Hey, maybe this is what Damon gave Elena." I'm going to try and see if I can gather 更多 information on it and then I'll let 你 guys know what I come up with.

My answer was too long to fit in the question, so I've 发布 it here. Please note that this is purely my opinion and I do not wish to affend anyone. Enjoy.

At first, I had absolutely no idea why anyone would ship Bamon. However, that's because I always felt like Elena will always be number one for Damon and that that will never change. My opinion on this hasn't changed, but now I can at least understand why Bamon 粉丝 ship Bamon.

They see chemistry between Bamon; like we see chemistry between Delena, Bamon 粉丝 see chemistry between Bamon. To me, chemistry is all about how well the characters...

Why it would ruin Damon if he fell in 爱情 with Bonnie

I do not intend to bash, but state FACTS about why Damon falling in 爱情 with Bonnie would be a big mistake on the writers part.

So firstly, how long was Damon in 爱情 with Katherine for?! Over 100 years! This is the first piece of proof we have that when Damon loves someone he really loves them, because he was willing to do anything for Katherine, even kill people (this isn't justified, but he was doing it for her), because Katherine was "in the tomb" and he wanted to get her out to be with her.
