As soon as I turned around everything moved quicker. One moment I was looking into his eyes moving my arms to take his head and the 下一个 I was up against the 墙 and my arms were no longer in my control, being held up against the wall. His lips didn’t stay long with mine, quickly traveling down my body and sending me further into unconsciousness. Finally I freed one arm and used it to grab his face to bring it back to mine and keep it locked close. Damon’s eyes opened for a moment, amazed at how much 更多 aggressive I had become. But it was his fault; he made me realize how long I had been waiting as well. My arm slid behind his neck and as I started to slide down on the 墙 from losing my balance, so I kicked one leg up and wrapped it around him. As I put 更多 of my own weight on him he seemed to soften a little, not going any slower, but only becoming 更多 passionate and almost 心 breaking with every kiss. I hadn’t even realized that I had moved onto his chest until his hand brought me back up to his face, and then he went down to my neck. Slowly his hand starting gliding up my leg, and I grabbed his hair in my hand, becoming weaker and weaker with every inch he gained. But in an instant he stopped. He became very quiet and it only took me a moment to catch on. I froze in my spot, still holding his hair intensely. He mouthed “Stefan” with his lips on my neck and slowly broke away from me. Silently I fixed my dress and tried to regain myself. No sooner was Damon looking at me than he was gone, sitting in the 长椅, 沙发 twenty feet away from me, and grabbed the drink he had placed down before. Beginning to panic I tried to swiftly pull my hair into a similar bun as before and simultaneously slow down my breathing, which was going at a ridiculous pace. Long after Damon had, I began to hear Stefan’s feet descending down the stairs and turned around so I was no longer facing Damon. I walked quickly back to the bar, cursing myself because I knew I was making far too much noise for Stefan to not hear me. I grabbed the drink again and held it at my lips, waiting for Stefan to reappear.
“Elena, are 你 alright?” Stefan asked as soon as he was down. “I heard 你 walk away from the window, were 你 feeling sick?” “Window”, I thought quickly realizing the 墙 I was moments 以前 up against was right 下一个 to the window. But before I could answer Damon explained. “Actually she was feeling a little lightheaded, I think she had one drink too many” he 说 smiling. Stefan looked at my glass puzzled, adding “But it looks like 你 still haven’t finished your first?” “Light weight”, Damon sang as he made his exit from the room. I relaxed as Damon left the room and walked over to Stefan. “Yeah I guess the nervousness plus the alcohol wasn’t the best idea” I answered as I tried to form an easy smile. He smiled back and took me into his arms, kissed the 最佳, 返回页首 of my head and led me upstairs to bed.
The nest morning I woke up, waiting for the guilt sink in. But as I lay on Stefan’s chest, nothing sunk in. No regret, no embarrassment, nothing. I rested my head back on his chest and tried to close my eyes and drift back into sleep, but I had no such luck. I sat up in 床, 床上 and reached for a robe, realizing how hungry I was. I tried to creep down the stairs as to not disturb Stefan and soon was at the kitchen, staring at an open refrigerator door. I saw the bottom half of legs and excitement rushed through me as I realized who I was once again alone with. As he closed the door I saw him balancing all different types of ingredients in his arms and titled my head, confused. “What are 你 doing?” I asked with a smile on my face. He smiled back and answered “I could hear your stomach grumbling from the bedroom”.
I jumped up on the counter and watched him in amazement, cooking breakfast for me just like any other normal person. I could die watching him like this, this utterly human side of Damon was something I could barley take without completely falling for him. He was so innocent and fun. I laughed, as he tried to impress me 由 flipping a pancake, at how simple he could be. Soon I could smell the 薄煎饼, 煎饼 and he stacked a few onto a plate and walked over from the stove to hand them to me. As I went to take the plate he held my hand with his still holding the plate. I froze at the touch of him, all the humor leaving my face. I looked into his now serious eyes as he moved closer to me. He lifted a hand to brush my cheek and 说 softly “Stefan’s up”. Then he slowly cupped his hand to hold my face and gently kissed me, but only for a moment. Still holding my face he turned his eyes back to mine, whispered “Good morning”, and left. Once again I was left alone, gasping for air. But I quickly shut myself up, realizing Stefan would be down any moment. And sure enough he was down in less than a second, with a puzzled expression on his face.
“What’s all this?” he asked looking around the kitchen. I panicked and mimicked him, looking around as I tried to buy some time to think of something. But as I turned towards the rest of the room I was met with complete shock. I guess I had been so engulfed with Damon before I hadn’t had a chance to look around the room. The gossamer 厨房 表 was fully decorated with a 表 cloth, 花 at the center, and a few scattered candles. I melted inside, not realizing how much 更多 Damon had planned for us. Trying to control my shaking voice, I quickly started to explain, “Just a little surprise for you, to say thanks for Jeremy”. “You don’t have to say thank 你 Elena, it’s my fault it happened in the first place” Stefan quickly answered, sounding a bit upset. I rose from the counter, and went to 吻乐队（Kiss） him adding, “it’s also just to say I 爱情 you”. He relaxed at that and I led him to the 表 to sit down, pulling out his chair for him like the perfect gentlemen. He smirked at this and I went to go get some 果汁 from the fridge. As I opened the door I was met 由 更多 surprise, finding two tall glasses of what looked like mimosas and a note 下一个 to one of them. I repositioned myself so Stefan couldn’t see me 阅读 the note and then I opened it. “Relax and enjoy” it read and I died as I read and re read it, realizing how well Damon already knew me, because I was currently a complete wreck inside, hands shaking with nervousness from lying. I maneuvered the note into my pocket, grabbed the drinks, and tried to do just as Damon had suggested. Soon I was laughing and enjoying myself, and Stefan seemed to be as well. He held my hand from across the 表 and continued to praise me for my cooking abilities. And when almost all my nerves had left me, I 冶炼, 闻到 a familiar smell coming from down the hall. I sat up straight and sub-consciously eased myself out of Stefan’s grip. Soon familiar steps approached the 厨房 and he was back.”Sorry for interrupting” Damon 说 as he looked at me with playful eyes. “Smells like someone’s quite a good chef around here” he added, and I couldn’t help looking down to hide my amusement. “Elena did all this” Stefan added briefly and took my hand again to 显示 his appreciation. I smiled warmly, but couldn’t stay in his eyes for long, too drawn into the other man that now stood in the kitchen. “Home so soon?” I asked but quickly added on, cursing myself for my stupidity. “We never see 你 around in the mornings”. Damon laughed quietly at my mistake and then turned to Stefan to explain. “Peal is looking for you. The rest of the tomb 吸血鬼 have run out and she’s worried they still plan on getting revenge. Since she knows how much 更多 this town means to you, she asked me to deliver an invitation to 你 to go talk to her right away”. My 心 skipped a beat as I realized I was going to soon be alone with Damon again, but also slightly for the reason of the problem Stefan would be leaving me for. Stefan squeezed my hand to apologize, and stood to leave. “I’m sorry I have to rush off after all you’ve done this morning”, I looked down knowing he had no idea all I’d done this morning, “but after what happened last night, I don’t want things to get any worse. I’ll be back soon, I promise”. “Do 你 want a ride home? He asked politely. “No, no I still have to gather all my stuff, I’ll just slow 你 down”, I answered far too quickly. But Stefan just smiled, probably taking it as nervousness from the vampire situation, walked over to 吻乐队（Kiss） me goodbye, and left.
