Ships are 安全 in a harbor, but that's not why they were built' The way I interpret the song, is it's about jumping into the unknown and that can be scary. The ocean can be dangerous, can't be tamed, it's not safe. So I'm eagerly waiting for Elena to leave her 安全 harbor and jump into the ocean.
