where do 你 get DE clips to make fanvideos??

I want to make a DE vid really bad but i don't know where 或者 how to get the clips.. I have already tried converting yt vids into movie maker and thats not working.can someone help pleasee!

Then drag one onto the track (I use Sony Vegas instead of Windows Movie Maker - I think it's way better ;)) & cut out the scene I want.
