I kind of am. But the scene was shit, not like the Bamon scene in the books. Bamon was amazing. Delena, let's not talk about it...

Agreed^^. Season one Damon didnt seem like he would say any of that crap to Elena. He was all about annoying her then.

^ totally agree! they used Damon season 3 and put him in his season 3 self TOTALLY WRONG! They were just trying to even the odds on Stefan and Damon!

I think its completely bull that JP has to 'steal' a Bamon scene just so that she can pimp her ship. Not only that but its a slap in the face to LJ Smith who created them!

Hey Patty, they used the scene from 'After Hours' where Damon met Bonnie first and then compelled her to forget.

I put yes, but i'm still not sure yet, as I want to see what happens in the following seasons, because I don't want to jump the gun. The thing is they showed that Elena met Damon first, but we still don't know yet, if Damon met Bonnie before hand. We know he did from the books, however, the show wants to still keep this triangle alive. There is still more to come yet.

Anyway, for Damon and Bonnie to begin, I would love it if they showed the after hours scene, before anything has even begun, between the two, as I think it would help take the heat off that it did not just come out of no where.

I am just angry and insulted because it was such an important and meaningful scene for Bamon but as a Delena scene in the show it just came off as kind of pointless. It just didn't have the same magic at all and to me it just seemed to be very disrespectful.
