HELP?!?

i have a windows 7 laptop and it has parental controls. ive tried absolutely EVERYTHING. i tried changing the 密码 in the command prompt, access denied, i tried control userpasswords2, i tried to get administrator access, but nothing will work. i need to either find a way to hack the password, 或者 at least figure it out, 或者 make a new account but i need administrator passwords for everything. can anyone help??
